MARS-702 is designed for a year-round operation on water, relatively flat land surface and ice, and can solve many specific options. The prototype of “MARS-700M” is perfectly used as a towing -general-service, rescue (ESM), patrol (NPS), tourist (hunter and fishing), passenger, and fishery supervision boat.
The armed forces of Germany (Bundeswehr) have such crafts in operation.
Difference from MARS-700M:
- Lesser hull beam providing transportation by air and by sea;
- Centralized inflatable elements pumping and pressure control;
- Awning cabin.
